What is Scorecarder?
Scorecarder is a balanced scorecard app created by Differentiated, that helps us and our customers to track performance. It enables our customers to score our performance across projects at the moment of completion, creating close to real-time feedback.
How does it work?
- Every eligible project is scored against five pre-determined criteria. For example, criteria such as creativity, strategic input and project management.
- Each criteria is them marked for its importance on the project, from critically important down to none.
- Finally, Differentiated is rated for their performance against the criteria, from outstanding down to unacceptable.
Once the key scoring is complete, we ask for a touchpoint NPS score and a brief explanation for your scores - the whole process takes less than five minutes.
Ready for scoring
When a project is ready for scoring, you will receive an automated email inviting you to the app.
Log in
Enter your email address and you will receive a further email with a dedicated pin code.
Access the project
On the home page you will see a link to 'evaluate the project' - click this to enter the scores.
Add the scores
Rank the importance of each criteria, and Differentiated's performance level, based on the project.
Access the criteria
If you need a reminder of the criteria definitions and ratings, see below or click on the 'show criteria notes' button.
Importance
If one of the criteria was of no importance to that particular project, mark the importance as 'none' and the rating as 'average'.
Score out of 10
After the ratings, please mark how likely you would be to recommend Differentiated to a friend or colleague, on the strength of this project.
Explain the scores
Please leave an explanation or reasoning behind the scores you give, or a summary of Differentiated's performance, and click submit.
All projects
Upon completion you will be shown a summary of your scores, and from the home page you can access the scores of previous projects.
Feedback replies
Your Account Manager is able to reply to your feedback, and if they do, you will receive a notification email. You can also see their replies from the projects in the app.
How is it used?
Whilst Scorecarder is designed to be used on any project, we recommend that it is used on selective pieces of work rather than all projects. To this end, we agree with you the criteria for eligible projects, either up front or as part of a regular discussion.
Using the Scorecarder app is simple, however we can demonstrate it for anyone who requires it.
To get started, we simply need to agree the core project scoring criteria.
